Kamalia

 

Kamalia is the city of Pakistan. It is situated in Punjab witch is the province of Pakistan. The District of the Kamalia is Toba Tek Singh and is the capital city. There are three towns of Kamalia. The names of the towns are Pir Mahal, Sandhilian Wali, and Jakhar. The Union Councils of the Kamalia are twenty six. It is the tehsil of the District Toba Tek Singh. The calling code of the tehsil Kamalia is zero four six. The six Union Councils of the Kamalia tehsil are in the area of Beroon..

Kamalia tehsil has more than two hundred and seventy four schools of different educations.

The history of Kamalia is an ancient. In four hundred B.C; there was flowed Ravi River from a thick forest. At that time there was not a large population in this area. The cast of this area witch was in majority ‘Khokhar’. The jungle was situated of the Sandal Bar in southwest. From Toba Tek Sing the Kamalia city is located at the distance of thirty five kilo meter. Kamalia is situated in the east of District Toba Tek Sing. In fourth century the Raja Surcup had managed the boundary of city. At that time this city was known as the fort of Raja Surcup. The Raja Surcup was a cunning ruler. The favorite game of Raja Surcup was Chousar. ...................................The Kamalia was made the tehsil of Lahore in fifteen fifty six by Akbar Mughal. A Jameh Musjid was built by Mahabbat Khan in sixteen eighty eight and today’s it is same one....

The famous production of Kamalia city is Khaddar and also sugar mill is situated in Kamalia.

Tomb of Hazrat Shah Hussain, Jameh Masjid, and Hazrat Baba Fazal Dewan’s Shrine, a religious school Jamia Ghousia Fareedia Bilal Ganj, Saddar Bazar and Iqbal Bazar etc are the famous places of Kamalia city. .

Chaddhar, Dhudhi, Kharal, Gujjar, Bhojia, Baghela, Sial, Khokhar, Rajput, and Thaheem are the famous tribes and clans of Kamalia city.

The population of Kamalia tehsil is about to 423,655 and Including Urban is about to 157,819.
